Now.

This is an overview of what currently has my attention. I update it whenever my focus shifts.

Looking ahead

Over the next few months, my focus is simple: publish consistently, continue developing The Capacity Ledger, and document what I'm learning along the way. I'm less interested in moving quickly than I am in building something that lasts.

Building

The Capacity Ledger
I'm building The Capacity Ledger, a framework for making decisions when your time, energy, money, or attention is limited. It started as a way to make sense of my own life during an overwhelming season, and it's slowly becoming the body of work I'm most excited to share.

Writing

Right now, I'm writing essays about motherhood, childhood cancer, rebuilding after disruption, and what it means to build a meaningful life within real constraints instead of ideal circumstances.

Learning

Lately I've been thinking about decision-making, behavioral psychology, systems, and the invisible tradeoffs behind everyday choices. I'm trying to understand not just what people choose, but why some choices feel heavier than others.
